  7. 2013 Bottling

One of the best times in a wines life is the day it gets bottled.  It’s the final process in wine making and always a momentous occasion.  Last week we bottled 4 new Idle Cellars wines which we’ll be releasing in the next few months.  We bottled 2 red wines from 2011; the Grenache and Petit Syrah and 2 wines from 2012; the Viognier and Rose.  We’re very excited to bring back our Grenache and Viognier as well as add 2 new wines we’ve never made before; the Petit Syrah and Rose.  We’ll be drinking all 4 of these wines throughout the summer so please get excited they are all tasting great.  Here are a few photos from the process.
