This five course meal by the incomparable Chef Anthony Yang will be paired with Idle Cellars wines and a side of philanthropy. The proceeds from the dinner will benefit ReSurge International, an organization whose mission is to provide reconstructive surgical care and build surgical capacity in developing countries.
