As May is here along with Spring time, warm weather, picnics and barbecues it’s time to release more white wine. The 2010 Chardonnay is a lighter crispier wine than it’s 2009 counterpart from the same vineyard; Catherine Bonneau Vineyard in Carneros. We produced less in 2010 from 180 cases to 102. The 2009 only got better with age which was exciting as we weren’t familiar with aging white wines. Our Chardonnay’s start to really come into their own after 2 years, so this is the perfect time for a release. We’re selling this for $20 a bottle.
