It is bottling season for Idle Cellars. Coming off of three days of mayhem, we are filled with a sense of accomplishment after watching our wine come full circle and put into bottles; ready to be shared with the Idle Cellars community. We bottled three wines these year that are sure to please the pallet.  Our white of the year is a nice fruity 2013 Sauvignon Blanc. We produced 120 cases and it is tasting mighty fine.

The bottle is kinda sexy too….

We also bottled a couple of reds that are sure to be rich and delicious. We bottled a killer 180 cases of the 2012 Grenache.  Fruity and smooth with a hint of spice, this Grenache will pair well with almost anything.

We were also very excited to bottle 132 cases of the 2012 Syrah along with 18 Magnums for the truest Idle Cellars wine lovers. The 2012 varietal of our notoriously rich and full-bodied Syrah will not disappoint.

Ben was hard at work on the magnums, adding a final bit of love to every bottle.

We can’t wait for you to try our newest batch of Idle Cellars wines. We’ll make sure to let you know as soon as we get them up on the store so you can get back to enjoying some Idle moments.
